As the People & Culture Business Partner, you will act as a critical bridge between strategic objectives and people capabilities. Reporting to an engaging Chief People Officer, you will help shape the teams that drive this organisation’s mission forward.
This is a "hands-on" partnership role where you will move beyond transactional HR to act as a strategic enabler. Your primary focus will be split between:
To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience as a HR Generalist or Business Partner (3+ years) ideally within a complex technical or highly regulated environment. We are looking for a professional with a "brave" and collaborative attitude—someone who acts with integrity, communicates openly, and isn't afraid to do the hard things to achieve extraordinary results
